Yoga, Pilates, Dynamic Movement, Meditation and Chi

The Lumina Yoga Studio is a spacious and serene space ideal for programs and classes supporting the growth of your whole being. Lumina offers a variety of classes celebrating many disciplines suitable for every ability level. Our instructors are extensively trained and certified in their discipline. We offer guest master classes at a small fee. Personal training in each discipline is also available for individuals and small groups.

Yoga

An ancient system of self-transformation, yoga is designed to connect movement with breath to quiet the mind and strengthen and purify the body. Consistent practice results in improved self awareness, flexibility, stronger muscles and joints and sharper mental focus. Yoga provides stress reduction, relaxation and peace of mind. Try our invigorating new hot yoga classes that will leave you feeling positively blissful.

Pilates

Pilates is a non-impact exercise system of over 500 exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, stamina and balance without adding bulk. With consistent emphasis on coordinating movement with breath, Pilates integrates mind and body, resulting in improved body awareness.

Dynamic Movement, Meditation and Chi

Lumina proudly offers a new and expanded array of holistic classes designed to nurture the movement of life energy, or chi, through the body. Each class activates the inner self, promoting strength and relaxation for the mind, body, heart and soul.
