
POOL
RULES
GENERAL
1.
Please enter pool or hot tub ONLY when a lifeguard is on
duty.
2. Shower before entering water (State Law).
3. No glass, gum, alcohol, or smoking is allowed in the pool area.
4. No running, rough play, holding hands jumping in, shoulder sitting
or body throwing.
5. No barbells, hardballs, water pistols (soakers), inflatables or
arm floaties.
6. Balls are allowed only at Lifeguard's discretion.
7.
No pushing or throwing anyone into the water.
CHILDREN
8.
CHILDREN AGES 9 AND UNDER, MUST BE SUPERVISED
IN THE POOL AREA BY A PERSON OVER 14 YEARS OLD.
9. Children wearing floatation devices must
stay in the shallow end of the pool.
10. No disposable diapers may be worn - use
tight fitting rubber pants or swim diapers (sold at the front desk).
11. Non-swimmers may not
use noodles as a floatation device.
DIVING INTO THE POOL
12.
Diving is ONLY allowed off the back
wall or diving board.
13. All jumps and dives must be forward. No twisting,
somersaults, or handstands.
14. No hanging on the board.
15. No running or double bouncing on the board.
HOT TUB
16. Children ages 3 and under,
and anyone in diapers are NOT ALLOWED.
17. Children ages 4 to 8 are allowed for 5 MINUTES ONLY with
adult supervision.
18. Please, no sitting on the hot tub stairs, (people need the steps
to enter) no going under water and no swimming around.
LESSONS
19.
Free swim is not allowed during lessons, swim team, or
camp - restricted hours are posted.
20. Kickboards and Barbells are for lessons, water therapy, and lap
swim only.
GUARD
STATION
21.
The pool phone is for EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY.
