HealthMasters

HealthMasters is designed to promote physical activity and comradery for those members desiring less intensive classes. HealthMasters schedule has been in progress since 1996. At that time, HealthMasters was primarily designed to meet the needs of our senior members. Although that continues to be true, HealthMasters has been revised to meet the needs of not only our senior fitness and our senior couple memberships, but also members who are beginners or for members who just want a low impact, low to moderate intensity class. HealthMaster classes consist of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, stretching, yoga, Pilates and more. All classes are easy to learn and follow.

HealthMasters is a great way for members to spend time together and combine exercising with a social element. Participants have made progress with their physical conditioning, vitality and psychological well being.

We offer HealthMasters as a complimentary program to our members. Classes are available Monday-Saturday; please see our schedule for class times.
