Physical activity has many benefits such as improving endurance, gaining strength, joint flexibility, and improving one's general well-being. Our seniors program, HealthMasters, offers strength training, water exercise, aerobic, flexibility and balance classes.

Beginner Pilates

This class offers you a body balancing system that stregthens, lengthens, re-aligns and defines your body without putting stress on your joints or adding bulk. Build self confidence and strengthen the connection between mind and body.

Beginner Hot House Yoga
A series of yoga postures in 90-95 degree heat , You will gain deeper stretches and increased flexibility. Designed for experienced yoga participants, but new to hot house.

Beginner Yoga
Participants will learn basic Hatha yoga postures and help you relax your mind and body.

Gentle Joints (Pool)
A water exercise class with a focus on arthritis exercises. This class will be lighter than the other water exercise class listed on HelthMasters Schedule.

Keiser Group (Downstairs Fitness Room)
Participants work individually on the Keiser Machines while being supervised by an instructor. This class is great for participants who would like to make sure their form is correct, like a social environment and would like help from an instructor on how to progress. Participants have the option to supplement any Keiser machine for a cable, ball or free weight exercise. The instructor is there to give you guidance and assistance.

Rise n Shine Yoga
A class that focuses on basic stretches, beginner yoga postures, balancing, abdominal and back strengthening.

Stretch Combo
Has it all! General stretches for every muscle group, beginner yoga postures and balancing. Class is instructed with a step-by-step approach.

Yoga Stretch
Basic yoga postures & stretching are combines tp promote phsical flexibility, balance, improve core strength, and reduce stree by relaxing the mind and body.

Water Exercise
A moderately paced cardiovascular and muscle conditioning class focusing on flexibility and increasing range of motion. Great for beginners, those with injuries or arthritis, and anyone looking for gentle, but effective exercises in the pool.
