Our professional staff has over 50 years of experience in the Health/ Fitness industry. Our team consists of individuals who are certified personal trainers and/or college educated professionals. The diversity of our staff offers specialists in numerous related areas. This allows us to offer you an array of trainers to choose from.

We offer both private and semiprivate sessions in either one hour or half hour increments. Personal training sessions can be purchased either individually, or in any packages needed. Nonmembers can train for a maximum of six sessions before joining the club. There is also an additional fee of $12 per session for nonmembers.
