Girls Conditioning

For girls ages 11-14. These classes are offered on Mondays and Thursdays from 4pm to 5pm. Cost is $60 for members and $90 non-members.

The Meridian Stretching System

This is a powerful program of stretching exercises designed to promote total physical and mental flexibility for peak performance of body and mind. They system combines classical Hatha yoga, exercise science and Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is based on the principle that muscles stretch best is you can contract them while simultaneously elongating them. This active muscle contraction is called 'resistance' and forms the foundation of a revolutionary technique known as Resistance Stretching™. This stretching technique affects both physical and mental health by improving the body's structural and mechanical alignment. The goal is to release the tension buried within muscles.

About the Instructor - John MacDonald is a certified yoga instructor. He has been training with Robert Cooley - the founder of the Meridian Stretching System™ - for over ten years. "This system changed my life. It has taught me how to take tension out of my body and move much more freely. Once you get the basics down, you will learn how this amazing system can free you up to move the way you always wanted to."

Classes run in six week sessions. Members - $30 for six weeks, Nonmembers - $60 for six weeks.
